February Club Meeting

Bring you malt-forward beers! As we decided at the January meeting, we are not going to use the BJCP styles as our 'style of the month', they are too restrictive while we are such a small group of people. We will be using, on a rotating basis: malt, hop, fermentation/yeast, and adjunct driven flavor profiles.
