Fermentation or yeast flavors are featured this month. Bring out the Belgians, and sours, or Dunkels, you get the idea. This would also be a good opportunity for us to help 'troubleshoot' a beer that has gone sideways on you, so don't be afraid to bring a beer that is 'off'.

This time around we're discussing and sharing hop-forward beers. Keep in mind, this doesn't limit it to just your high IBU beers. Anything that showcases hops is welcome! As always, please be ready to discuss your beer with the group.
