As the saying goes, 'there's more to beer than barley.' What do you have that includes an adjunct? Peaches? Corn syrup (please no!)? Rice? Maybe even some roasted chestnuts?
We're going to slightly adjust our normal style rotation for the next cycle. Due to hop harvest happening right about now, we are going to make our October meeting focus on hop-forward beers. It would be awesome to see a selection of fresh-hop beers!
September brings around beers that have an adjunct element. This could mean adjunct as a fermentable, some random ingredient that gives a distinct flavor, fruits, etc. Heck, if you want to brew an American Lager, we won't even turn that away!
